Build a language routine you can keep
Start small and give your practice a clear place in your week.
Choose one useful goal
Pick something you want to do in the language: introduce yourself, order a meal or explain your work. A concrete goal makes it easier to choose useful practice.
Make a little space
Choose a realistic time for practice. Ten focused minutes that you can repeat is a useful starting point. Review your plan when life changes.
Bring questions to your tutor
Write down words or situations you found difficult. Use your next lesson to practise them and ask for feedback.
